What is Corporate Compliance?
The Center’s Corporate Compliance Program has two primary purposes:
- To ensure that our procedures and practices for billing and clinical documentation conform with federal, state, private payer and Center requirements for health care services; and
- To have a system in place to detect and resolve instances of conduct that do not conform with federal, state and Center requirements.
The general philosophy of The Center is that successful corporate compliance is directly linked to the code of conduct associated with our organizational culture. Our organizational culture promotes teamwork, honest communications, a commitment to legal and ethical conduct, and a strong emphasis on continuous quality improvement. All Center employees and contractors or agents that provide client support services must commit to the Center’s Corporate Compliance Code of Conduct.
