The SPBHS Journeys program is designed to promote recovery, provide support, and transform the lives of adults who experience severe mental illness.

Journeys partners with your physician or therapist to develop an effective and evidence-based treatment for a variety of complex primary mental health and psychiatric disorders.

The Journeys staff offers case management, daily living skills training, outreach, advocacy, crisis respite, transitional living, supported housing, medication monitoring, supportive therapy, group therapy, interpersonal skills training, housing assistance, prevocational skills development, transportation, health education and a substance awareness group, as designated by individual treatment plans.

Journeys is also the home to the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) Vocational Program. A competitive employment service that partners with local businesses to train, develop, and employee people living with a mental illness. IPS recognizes that for many, getting and maintaining a job is an integral part of treatment and important to the recovery process.
