We are currently seeking individuals willing to provide assistance with individual care needs for a young woman in her home and in the community. Would you like to help her live more independently in her own home? Applicants must be dependable, committed to assist with individual care needs, daily living skills, social and community activities, able to lift and move this individual and use the proper body mechanics on a regular basis and communicate with the family and staff. Regular shifts are 8 hours daily (Saturday through Monday). Training will be provided.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CPR certified
  • Exercise excellent communication skills demonstrating empathy, assertiveness, active listening; demonstrate the ability to negotiate conflict and good problem solving abilities.
  • Exercise good judgment, reliability, efficiency and commitment to quality while completing work assignments
