Program Manager- Adult Rehab/ Supported Employment (IPS) Is responsible for the supervision, planning, coordinating and facilitating of safe and inclusive activities in community settings, including client homes and SPBHS campus buildings. This is a full time position. Duties include but are not limited to: Supervision of Case Managers, Service Navigator, and Direct Service Professionals. Managing budget, expenses, staff scheduling, service outcomes, billing expectations, and personnel issues within program. We are looking for Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to provide services for our Child & Family Services Team.  Our DSPs work as part of the SPBHS service team and provide direct services/supports teaching social, emotional, and life skills to promote the wellness and community participation of our clients.  Our clients range in ages five to 21 and we work closely with families.
